With over 23 years in education and 18 years in leadership roles, I bring a wealth of experience to the leadership conversation. As the founder of Step Into The Lead, my mission is to share practical leadership wisdom that works across industries and team sizes.

My leadership philosophy centers on building strong foundations through authentic connections. Whether you’re leading a classroom, a small team, or an entire organization, the core principles of effective leadership remain consistent—and I’m passionate about making these accessible to everyone.

When I’m not mentoring leaders or developing leadership content, you’ll find me spending time with my family—my husband, two daughters, and my grandson, who keeps us all on our toes! I’m also deeply committed to community-building initiatives and am an avid dog lover.
